Ojo Labs is an Austin-based real estate company that aims to bring equity into the home buying, selling, and ownership experience by “fusing machine intelligence and human expertise”.
The wkrm team conducted remote contextual research and design that produced deep insights and speculative concepts for creating more meaningful, trustworthy relationships between agents and clients new to the process through by focusing on key touchpoints in the buying journey.

The course was conducted online because of the Covid pandemic. Students developed keen skills using Miro. Shown here: learning how to co-create journey maps with buyers and sellers to understand the highs and lows of the process.
